Building Strong, Safe, and Confident Swimmers.
Peace of mind for parents. Confidence for kids.

What I Teach
I provide individualized, one-on-one survival swim instruction designed to help children become safe, confident, and capable in the water. With nearly 20 years of experience teaching aquatic survival skills, I tailor every lesson to each child’s age, development, personality, and comfort level.
My approach focuses on teaching both floating and swimming. Children learn how to roll onto their back, maintain a float when tired, control their breathing, and transition into a basic freestyle swim. These skills work together to give children the ability to rest, regain control, and stay safe in real-life water situations—not just perform a swim skill in a controlled setting.
Lessons are intentionally short, flexible, and closely monitored to prevent fatigue. I adjust lesson length and frequency based on what is safest and most effective for each child, ensuring progress without overwhelming them physically or emotionally.
Instruction takes place in my private, heated pool in a calm, supportive environment. Safety, confidence, and long-term skill retention are always the priority, and every child is allowed to progress at their own pace.

What Can I Expect From a Lesson?
Each lesson is one-on-one and tailored to your child’s age, personality, and comfort level in the water. Lessons are short, focused, and designed to prevent fatigue while keeping your child safe and successful. Your child will learn essential survival skills such as rolling onto their back, floating to rest, controlling their breathing, and progressing into a basic freestyle swim. I closely monitor each child’s physical and emotional cues throughout every lesson, creating a calm, supportive environment where confidence and real water safety can grow over time.
